Job summary

RECRUIT LYNC PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide Level 1 and 2 support for enterprise applications such as SAP S/4HANA, Freshdesk, Servigistics, M365, SharePoint and Teams.

You will handle incident management, user support, monitoring, and vendor escalation. You will also assist with user account administration, access controls, Power BI and SAC reporting, data validation, and project coordination with business users and vendors.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science/ IT or related discipline.
• Min 3 to 5 years of relevant IT experience, preferably in enterprise IT application support.
• Hands-on experience with Servigistics, Freshdesk or similar ITSM tools and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for enterprise applications (SAP S/4HANA, Freshworks/Freshdesk, Servigistics, M365, SharePoint, Teams).
• Perform incident management, troubleshooting, user support, system monitoring and escalations to vendors.
• Support user account administration, access controls, permissions, and application requests.
• Assist in Power BI/SAC reporting, data extraction, dashboards and data validation.
• Gather business requirements, prepare specs, coordinate UAT and user training.
• Coordinate IT projects with stakeholders, track risks, issues and progress.
• Maintain SOPs, knowledge bases and ongoing system improvements.

• Basic $4500 - $6000 + AWS + VB + OT Payable + Transport Allowance up to $300
• 5 Days office hours (8:30am to 5:30pm)

Your Responsibilities: -

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for enterprise applications, including SAP S/4HANA, Freshworks/Freshdesk, Servigistics, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Teams.
• Perform incident management, troubleshooting, user support, system monitoring, and escalation to vendors or higher-level support when required.
• Support user account administration, access controls, permissions management, and application-related requests.
• Support business reporting and data analysis using Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and SQL, including data extraction, report generation, dashboard maintenance, and data validation.
• Gather and document business requirements, prepare functional specifications and testing scenarios, and coordinate UAT, user training, and system enhancements.
• Coordinate IT projects and application implementations with business users, vendors, and internal stakeholders, while tracking risks, issues, dependencies, and project progress.
• Maintain system documentation, SOPs, user guides, knowledge bases, and support records, while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in system performance and operational efficiency.

• Hands-on experience with Servigistics (Spare Parts Management and inventory planning), Freshdesk or similar ITSM/ticketing tools and SharePoint
