Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd seeks a capable Level 2 IT Support specialist to resolve incidents escalated from the Service Desk and to diagnose and fix issues across hardware, software, OS, and connectivity. You will manage service requests, maintain records, and support desktops, printers, and mobile devices.

You will also handle device deployment, SAP role assignments, onboarding/offboarding, asset inventory, AV setup, and coordinate with global teams to drive improvements and IT projects.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline.
• Strong hands‑on troubleshooting across Windows laptops/desktops, hardware, software, peripherals and connectivity.
• Good troubleshooting, problem‑solving and root cause analysis skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to support users across different levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 technical support and resolve incidents escalated from the Service Desk within agreed SLA timelines.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, connectivity and end-user computing issues.
• Manage service requests and maintain accurate troubleshooting, action and resolution records in the ticketing system.
• Support desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices and peripheral equipment.
• Support device deployment, replacement, configuration and technology refresh activities.
• Assign and maintain SAP roles and authorisations based on approved access requests.
• Manage IT onboarding and offboarding, including device preparation, system access and asset recovery.
• Maintain accurate IT asset inventory, allocation, transfer, return and disposal records.
• Set up and support AV and video conferencing equipment for meetings, town halls and business-critical events.
• Escalate complex technical issues to global support teams and coordinate through resolution.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend service, process or automation improvements.
• Support IT projects and operational initiatives as required.
