Mistral is seeking a Customer Success Manager to oversee a portfolio of enterprise customers, driving adoption of our AI solutions and ensuring long-term success.

You will lead onboarding, monitor health metrics, collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering, and deliver training and quarterly business reviews to align goals and measure outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer-facing roles in SaaS or tech environments.
• Proven ability to manage enterprise relationships and drive adoption.
• Experience engaging with Data, IT, and Engineering teams.
• Strong communication and executive storytelling abilities.
• Identify upsell and expansion opportunities and drive renewals.
• Collaborate across product, sales, and engineering to improve outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of enterprise customers and maximize value.
• Lead onboarding, adoption, and ongoing engagement to drive product usage and satisfaction.
• Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and tailor solutions to business objectives.
• Monitor health metrics, identify risks, and address churn proactively.
• Partner with Sales to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to gather feedback and influence roadmaps.
• Develop and deliver customer training and enablement programs.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews to align goals and success metrics.
