Mistral is seeking an AI Deployment Strategist for Physics and Engineering in APAC. You will lead the delivery of AI solutions for challenging enterprise accounts across automotive, aerospace, semiconductors, and energy, from discovery through deployment and adoption.

You will run technical discovery sessions, translate goals into an AI roadmap, manage projects, and ensure value realization with Product, Science, and Engineering teams.

Competenze

• Advanced degree in physics or engineering, or IT.
• 5+ years of experience as a technical project manager in a relevant industry (e.g., automotive, semiconductors, aerospace).
• Experience in software development, machine learning, and numerical simulations for physics/engineering (CAE, CFD, FEM, DEM).
• Hands-on coding proficiency (Python at minimum).
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to C-level stakeholders.

• Run technical discovery sessions to understand business and engineering requirements.
• Identify, qualify, and prioritize use cases aligned with customer R&D and product-development challenges.
• Translate business goals into an AI roadmap and high-level solution architecture.
• Build ROI models and scoping documents; own SOW inputs.
• Own end-to-end delivery: discovery, design, build, deploy, adoption.
• Drive governance, milestones, risk management, and change control.
