Job summary

Mistral Ai is seeking an AI Deployment Strategist for APAC to drive end-to-end delivery of AI solutions across physics and engineering use cases in strategic accounts. You will lead discovery sessions, translate business goals into AI roadmaps, and own the scoping and design of advanced solutions with Product and Applied AI teams.

Qualifications

• Advanced university degree in physics or engineering, or IT.
• 5+ years of experience as a (technical) project manager in a relevant industry (auto, semis, aerospace).
• Experience in software development, machine learning, and numerical simulations (CAE, CFD, FEM, DEM).
• Hands-on coding proficiency (Python at minimum) and ability to read design docs and discuss with data scientists, ML engineers, and simulation engineers.
• Strong understanding of AI value in computational science: surrogate models, PDE solvers, FEM/CFD acceleration, inverse problems.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery: discovery → design → build → deploy → adoption.
• Set up the account operating model: governance, decision forums, cadence.
• Drive day-to-day execution: priorities, milestones, blockers, risk management.
• Drive scope control and change management with design docs, runbooks, eval plans, rollout plans, handover.
• Apply knowledge of deployment patterns (SaaS, VPC, on-prem, hybrid) and regulatory basics.
