Job summary

Mistral Ai is seeking a hands-on Revenue Operations Manager based in Singapore to partner with APAC sales leadership, drive commercial planning and performance, and build a growing team focused on scalable operating practices.

You will support a 100+ person GTM organization across Southeast Asia, ANZ, India, Korea, and Japan, turning business insights into improvements in sales execution, productivity, and speed with AI-enabled automation.

Qualifications

• Experience leading APAC sales or revenue ops teams.
• Track record translating analysis into measurable results.
• Credibility with senior sales leaders and influence without authority.
• Strong commercial judgment across territories, quotas and forecasting.
• Experience delivering cross-functional improvements in a growing B2B technology business.
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced organization.
• Experience identifying and implementing process improvements through AI/automation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with regional leadership on commercial strategy and quarterly priorities.
• Own territory planning, rollout and management with Sales and RevOps; align account allocation to market potential.
• Drive capacity and quota planning with Sales, Finance and RevOps; translate plans into targets.
• Shape regional pipeline targets with Sales and Marketing; identify gaps and drive actions.
• Lead regional operating cadence with weekly, monthly and quarterly reviews; own actions and deadlines.
• Strengthen forecast discipline by validating assumptions with sales leaders.
• Improve productivity through AI and automation; pilot improvements and measure impact.
• Deliver cross-functional change; represent APAC in global initiatives and coordinate adoption across teams.
