Job summary

Helius Technologies is seeking an AI Platform Operations Specialist to support client AI platforms, resolve user queries, and manage access requests, while maintaining accurate operational records to meet agreed service levels.

The role focuses on improving service quality, documenting processes, and escalating technical or policy matters as needed within a regional enterprise context across Asia and the Middle East.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT, IS, Business, Operations, Data or related field.
• At least 5 years in application support or service operations.
• Experience handling user queries and access requests with SLA.
• Familiarity with incident, change, knowledge, or other service-management practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for client AI platforms.
• Resolve user queries and process access requests.
• Maintain accurate records within service levels.
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to knowledge resources.
• Prepare regular reports and escalate issues as needed.
