Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 8+ years in technical operations roles such as SRE/NOC with production fault resolution.
- Hands-on experience with monitoring, logging, tracing, and observability.
- Experience leading incident response for high-severity outages.
- Strong scripting/software engineering ability to automate tasks.
- Solid cloud infrastructure and distributed systems knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Be the foremost technical and troubleshooting expert for our API platform.
- Scale support operations through automation and AI-driven improvements.
- Configure monitoring, alerting, and real-time issue detection.
- Collaborate with engineering for reliability reviews and feature readiness.
- Design and refine incident response documentation across teams.
- Analyze metrics and RCAs to drive dashboard and workflow improvements.
