Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Role AI Platform Operations Specialist

Role Purpose

The AI Platform Operations Specialist provides operational support for client AI platforms. The role is responsible for resolving user queries, processing AI platform access requests, and maintaining accurate operational records within agreed service levels. The specialist will also help improve service quality by identifying recurring issues, maintaining knowledge resources, supporting regular reporting, and escalating technical or policy matters to the appropriate teams.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business, Operations, Data, or a related discipline; equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
• At least 5 years of experience in application support, service operations, IT service desk/L2 support, business operations, or a similar operational role.
• Experience handling user queries, service requests, or access requests using structured workflows and agreed SLAs.
• Experience performing administrative or operational transactions where accuracy, approvals, record keeping, and auditability are important.
• Familiarity with service-management practices such as incident, request, problem, knowledge, or change management.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, ticketing systems, administrative portals, and structured operational data.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical or process-related issues clearly to non-technical users.

Preferred Experience

• Experience supporting enterprise digital platforms, SaaS applications, AI/GenAI services, or other centrally managed systems.
• Familiarity with AI platforms (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, etc), generative AI concepts, enterprise AI platforms, user access management, or usage/credit allocation models.
• Experience working in large enterprise, shared-service environment, or central IT function.
• Experience with generating dashboards and operation reports using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or equivalent
