Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or Engineering.
• At least 2 years of experience in operations support, maintenance operations, or service operations.
• Experience with SLA management and vendor coordination.
• Familiarity with CMMS, ERP, and procurement systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support for maintenance and service activities.
• Coordinate with external service partners and vendors, monitoring SLA compliance and performance.
• Identify service gaps, follow up on corrective actions, and review partner performance.
• Continuously improve maintenance workflows to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
• Track operational and service metrics, prepare reports, and provide data-driven insights.
• Develop, document, and standardize maintenance SOPs and processes.
• Coordinate and support urgent maintenance or service-related issues.
• Act as liaison between service operations and other group entities.
• Initiate and track service project quotations, procurement requests, and related processes.
• Provide administrative support across service projects.
