Job summary

Harper is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer in Singapore. You will partner with enterprise teams to learn workflows, design AI solutions, and build production-grade agents integrated with customer systems and APIs.

You will deliver deployments on the client side, run workshops, and write robust integrations while collaborating with internal Product and Engineering teams to evolve shared tools and documentation.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on software engineering with production systems.
• Platform integration experience: APIs, cloud infra, data flows.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to identify solvable operational problems.
• Design and implement AI agent integrations with client systems.
• Deliver platform deployments and guide best practices.
• Write production-grade code for integrations and workflows.
• Run workshops with client teams and iterate quickly.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering, contribute tooling.
