Job summary

EVOLUTION RECRUITMENT SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on AI engineer to work directly with enterprise clients in Singapore, bringing AI-driven automation workflows into production.

You will tackle ambiguous customer problems, design end-to-end solutions, and run the delivery lifecycle—from discovery to deployment and ongoing iteration—across backend, integrations, data flows, and customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of hands-on software/AI engineering experience.
• Strong backend fundamentals: APIs, data flows, and production systems.
• Experience with AI agents, LLMs, automation platforms, or data-heavy enterprise systems.
• Ability to engage enterprise customers and translate requirements into technical plans.

Responsibilities

• Partner with enterprise customers to understand workflows, environments, and success criteria.
• Translate ambiguous problems into clear technical plans and production-ready designs.
• Build and deploy AI agents and automation workflows connected to customer systems.
• Lead end-to-end delivery from discovery through deployment and iteration.
• Write high-quality backend code for logic, integrations, and deployment needs.
• Test with real customer data, monitor performance, and improve solutions.
• Collaborate with product/engineer teams to incorporate field feedback.
• Run technical workshops and explain trade-offs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Create documentation, improve internal tools, and scale delivery practices.
