Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python or a comparable programming language (Go or Rust).
• Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks like PyTorch or Hugging Face.
• Understanding of AI concepts including model deployment and lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of data structures, data modelling, and system design principles.
• Experience in collaborative, version-controlled software projects.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support customer engagements by helping design, build, deploy, and maintain AI-powered solutions.
• Contribute to the development of agentic AI workflows that interact with tools, systems, and multiple data sources.
• Develop and maintain production-quality code, integrating AI models and agents into cloud-based environments.
• Assist with monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuously improving deployed AI solutions.
• Support the validation of technical outcomes and communicate results to customer stakeholders.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to transform prototypes into scalable, reliable, and business-ready solutions.
