Harper is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to open the Singapore market and solve enterprise clients' toughest problems by embedding with their teams. You will translate business needs into concrete engineering plans, build AI agents on client infrastructure, and own the lifecycle from definition to launch and optimization.

We seek 3+ years of hands-on software engineering, strong problem-solving, and the ability to work with sales and product teams in a fast-moving startup environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
• Strong problem-solving ability from code to architecture.
• Able to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• High-agency with comfort navigating ambiguity.
• Eligible to work in Singapore (Citizenship or PR).

Responsibilities

• Identify enterprise clients' hardest operational problems and convert them into clear KPIs.
• Convert ambiguous requirements into solid engineering designs and execution plans.
• Build and integrate production AI agents on clients' legacy infrastructure.
• Own the lifecycle from problem definition through launch and optimization.
• Drive reliability, latency, and performance in live environments.
