Job summary

Univers is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer in Singapore to bridge customers, technology, and product. You will help customers adopt AI and Univers platform, translating business workflows into production-ready demos and solutions.

Ideal candidates have a strong software foundation, AI/ML understanding, and a drive to learn quickly while delivering tangible customer outcomes in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical discipline.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals and programming skills.
• Good understanding of AI/ML, incl. LLMs, multimodal models, and AI agents.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving ability.
• Fast learner across technologies, platforms, industries, and domains.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Hands-on, curious and adaptable in fast-moving environments.
• Strong ownership and want to solve real customer problems.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer problems and business workflows to develop practical solutions.
• Decompose complex challenges into actionable steps and prototypes.
• Rapidly build demos, prototypes, pilots, and production solutions using Univers platform.
• Integrate data, APIs, systems, and applications end-to-end.
• Learn and leverage Univers capabilities to maximize reuse and speed.
• Collaborate with GTM, Product, AI teams, and customers to iterate.
• Identify reusable patterns and platform improvements for future deployments.
