This hands-on role works directly with customers to understand challenges, design intelligent solutions, and deliver production-ready AI agents that create measurable business impact. Qualifications

• Strong foundation in software engineering, system architecture, and technical design.
• Hands-on experience with APIs, integrations, and data ecosystems.
• Proven ability to deploy and operate production systems in live environments.
• Familiarity with AI/ML technologies (agents, workflow automation, conversational AI).
• Excellent communication skills with technical and business stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ownership and ability to thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous contexts.
