This role focuses on designing and deploying agentic workflows powered by LLMs, working with customers to solve real-world problems, and shaping enterprise-grade solutions across finance, healthcare, and telecoms.

Travel up to 20–40% to engage with customers and partners, while delivering reliable, observable, and auditable AI agents from prototype to production.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Python development for production-grade software.
• Experience deploying RAG and agentic applications.
• Familiarity with frontier models and vector databases.
• Ability to build evaluation frameworks for agent safety, latency.
• Experience working directly with customers and stakeholders.
• Ownership of use-case end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Translate business problems into well-framed agentic workflows.
• Design/build/deliver LLM-powered agents across tools and data sources.
• Develop North features across full product lifecycle.
• Scope and shape use cases, possibly involving frontend work.
• Contribute to shared frameworks for consistent delivery.
• Drive clarity and raise engineering quality.
• Travel up to 20-40% to work on-site with customers
