Our client is a global and established Multinational Company, who is seeking to recruit an Enterprise Account Manager (Automotive). This position is based in Singapore.

Enterprise Account Manager (Automotive)

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Industry Development, you will lead the profitable development of global and enterprise accounts by positioning our client as a strategic business partner and delivering agreed programs through a team drawn from across the client network. You will also participate in and contribute to the development of strategies and approaches to maintain, protect, improve and grow account sales and portfolio. In addition, you will provide customer account revenue and activity reporting as required by the management team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, establish and manage multi-tier relationships across customer and our client organisations to ensure a long-term business partnership and achievement of corporate goals.
  • Drive sales improvement through regionally harmonized processes.
  • Establish clear understanding of customer expectations and requirements.
  • Lead and manage customer presentations and proposals.
  • Plan & co-ordinate activities and programs to retain and develop sustainable sales revenue.
  • Develop and manage after-sales strategy for each of the designated account customers.
  • Provide customer-oriented service at all times relating to specific sales and customer expectation issues.
  • Contribute to the regional bidding or RFQ process when requested.
Requirements
  • Degree in Business or related discipline
  • Proven track record with at least 5 years of account management/development and corporate consultative/solution-based sales experience in a service-related industry
  • Strong teamwork / collaboration skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, networking and interpersonal skills
