PayPal is seeking a Large Enterprise Account Manager based in Singapore to manage and grow a portfolio of digital goods and gaming merchants. You will strengthen relationships, increase payment volume and drive product adoption across the portfolio.

You will act as a trusted payments advisor to merchants and partners, collaborating with Product, Risk, Legal, Finance and Operations to resolve issues and pursue retention, expansion, cross-sell and upsell opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of experience in account management, sales or relationship management in payments, fintech, financial services or technology with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

Aufgaben

• Manage and grow a portfolio of digital goods and gaming merchants, protecting and expanding recurring revenue.
• Resolve complex merchant payment, risk and operational issues in partnership with Product, Risk, Legal, Finance and Operations.
• Develop account strategies and identify retention, expansion, cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
• Act as a trusted payments advisor to merchants, platforms and strategic partners, including senior executives.
• Monitor and enhance business performance metrics such as payment volume, authorisation and conversion rates, product adoption.
