You will streamline operations, engage with executives, and shape a culture that scales our account management at Adyen. You will hire, coach, and retain talent, define Commercial OKRs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure Singapore merchants' needs are reflected in product and process

Qualifications

• 10+ years in account management, sales, consulting, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and coach account management team; develop strategic plans.
• Build C-level relationships and support negotiations.
• Hire and retain diverse talent to support commercial goals.
• Define and track OKRs at team and individual levels.
• Collaborate with HQ to relay Singapore merchant needs and feedback.
• Drive automation and tools usage for scalable account management.
