Job summary

A leading engineering consultancy in Singapore is seeking an experienced Engineering Team Lead to oversee a team of engineers. Responsibilities include project management, technical proposal support for Electrical Safety Solutions, and ensuring communication with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Electrical Engineering, at least 5 years of leadership experience, and strong knowledge of Electrical Safety standards and Explosion Proof systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading a team of engineering staff.
• Strong understanding of Electrical Safety & Area Classification.
• Knowledge of Explosion Proof & Flame Proof standards.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Lead the Team of Engineers
• Project Management, arrange timely & consistent communication with internal & external parties
• Execute strategy & consulting to customers in regards to explosion proof products
• Support technical proposals for Electrical Safey Solutions products
• Responsible for Electrical Safety Solutions products catalogue review & provide explanation to the Marcom team in regards to the preparation of exhibition material & samples
• Provide technical support for sales during Bidding phase
• Provide technical review of detail design of Electrical Safety Solutions contracts
• Responsible for the content of detailed design drawings, BOM, and documents for projects

Requirement:

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant
• At least 5 years of experience leading a team of engineering staffs
• Good fundamental of Electrical Safety & Area Classification
• Good knowledge of Explosion Proof & Flame Proof, IP protection Class.
• Good knowledge of Electrical instrument, Protection System.
