Job summary

JE Human Resources Pte. Ltd. client is a leading distributor for electrical, lighting, control and safety products in Singapore.

They are seeking a Sales Engineer to drive business development within the Energy segment, focusing on EMS, Energy Monitoring, IoT and Smart Utility Management solutions. The role is sales-driven and customer-facing, combining business development with solution selling. You will engage with building owners, facility managers and contractors to identify opportunities,

Qualifications

Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Energy Engineering, Building Services, Automation, Business or related disciplines.
2-3 years of experience in sales, sales engineering or application engineering.
Experience in B2B solution selling is preferred.

Responsibilities

Drive business development within the Energy segment, focusing on EMS, Energy Monitoring, IoT and Smart Utility Management solutions.
Identify new opportunities and build relationships with building owners, facility managers, energy managers, consultants, contractors and system integrators.
Apply consultative solution-selling to understand needs and propose measurable business value.
Prepare and present technical-commercial proposals, including ROI and savings calculations.
Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities to increase project value and customer penetration.
Develop recurring revenue and long-term customer relationships.
