Job summary

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
2-3 years of experience in sales, sales engineering or application engineering.
Strong customer engagement, presentation, negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Drive business development in Energy segment focusing on EMS and energy management solutions.
Identify opportunities and build relationships with building owners, facility managers, energy managers and contractors.
Apply consultative solution-selling to understand customer needs and propose value-driven solutions.
Manage opportunities from lead to proposal, quotation, negotiation, and handover to projects.
Use energy data and site observations to identify energy-saving opportunities and upsell complementary solutions.
Prepare technical-commercial proposals with ROI and savings calculations.
Conduct customer meetings, presentations and product demonstrations.
