Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Sales Engineer in Singapore to build relationships with consultants and contractors, review customer needs, and drive sales growth with technical support and pre-sales activities.

The role offers training for less-experienced candidates, working in the West, with standard-hours from 8:30am to 5:30pm and a comprehensive welfare package including mobile/transport support and a variable bonus.

Qualifications

Diploma in Electronics or Electrical Discipline or Building Automation is required.
Training provided for those lesser/without experience.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, main contractors and other relevant stakeholders.
Review of customer requirements and establishment of relevant quote to customers.
Proactively explore business opportunities and expand market share to increase customer base to achieve optimal sales target.
Develop sales strategies to upkeep and enhance business relationships with existing and new customers.
Provide Engineering / Technical support to customers.
Pre-sales preparation and conduct after-sales service through follow-up.
Meet and manage sales targets and enhance revenue growth.
