Job summary

Good Job Creations (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a customer-focused IT professional to deliver end-user support, maintain IT operations, and ensure reliable technology services for our organisation in Singapore.

You will provide onsite and remote support, troubleshoot desktop and printer issues, manage Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and network connectivity, and collaborate with regional teams to keep IT operations stable and users satisfied.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years IT infrastructure/operations experience.
• Experience supporting enterprise users in a corporate environment.
• Experience providing onsite end-user technical support.
• Hands-on Microsoft 365 administration experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office apps (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with Azure is a plus.
• Experience with AWS is a plus.
• Basic cloud, cybersecurity, and networking concepts understanding.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote technical support to end users.
• Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral issues.
• Maintain and support Windows operating systems and business apps.
• Administer and support Microsoft 365 services (Outlook, Teams, Office).
• Manage Identity and Access Management in Azure AD / Entra ID.
• Support network connectivity (Wi-Fi, LAN, VPN).
• Coordinate with vendors to resolve hardware faults and replacements.
• Perform software installation, upgrades, and config.
• Manage incidents and service requests per SLAs.
• Collaborate with regional teams to maintain IT operations and user satisfaction.
