Good Job Creations (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a customer-focused IT professional to deliver end-user support, maintain IT operations, and ensure reliable technology services for our organisation in Singapore.

You will provide onsite and remote support, troubleshoot desktop and printer issues, manage Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and network connectivity, and collaborate with regional teams to keep IT operations stable and users satisfied.

Qualifikationen

• 1 to 3 years IT infrastructure/operations experience.
• Experience supporting enterprise users in a corporate environment.
• Experience providing onsite end-user technical support.
• Hands-on Microsoft 365 administration experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office apps (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with Azure is a plus.
• Experience with AWS is a plus.
• Basic cloud, cybersecurity, and networking concepts understanding.

• Provide onsite and remote technical support to end users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral issues.
• Maintain and support Windows operating systems and business applications.
• Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including Outlook, Teams, and Office applications.
• Manage Identity and Access Management activities within Azure AD / Entra ID.
• Support network connectivity, including Wi-Fi, LAN, and VPN environments.

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, IT Operations, or a related field.
• Experience supporting enterprise users in a corporate environment.
• Experience providing onsite end-user technical support.
• Hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience with Azure is an added advantage.
• Experience with AWS is an added advantage.
• Basic understanding of cloud computing, cybersecurity, and networking concepts is an added advantage.
