Job summary

CLSA is seeking an IT Support professional in Singapore to provide hands-on infrastructure and end-user support, covering desktop and mobile hardware, Zoom, and on/off-boarding. You will assist the IT Manager with daily operations, including backups, patches, and security.

The role requires 3+ years in IT platforms, strong communication, and ability to handle shifting priorities. Flexibility for standby after hours and capability to work in a small team are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Information Technology or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT platforms and system support across mobile, workspace, Windows desktop, network connectivity and datacentre management.
• A strong end user focus and can-do attitude.
• Great communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• The flexibility to deal with conflicting priorities and work under pressure.
• Experience in face-to-face and remote support for internal/external applications.
• Good command of written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands on infrastructure, PC & end user support.
• L1/L2 end user coverage for desktop/user applications, hardware troubleshooting, Zoom support, on/off-boarding.
• Assist IT Manager with daily operations (backup tape management, patching, AV updates, start of day checks).
• Install, support & troubleshoot Microsoft Operating systems and products.
• Inventory management and documentation.
• Ensure security and compliance in end user computing space.
• Assist in 1st level support of internal and vendor applications (Bloomberg/IRESS, CRM tools).
• Datacentre project activities: network/server setup, vendor escort, rack & stack.
• Datacentre inventory management including cabling and standby weekend support.
