Job summary

CITIC Securities International is seeking an IT support professional to provide hands-on end-user and infrastructure support in Singapore. The role covers Windows environments, hardware troubleshooting, Zoom, and on-call DC related tasks.

You will help maintain security, manage inventories, and support internal trading apps such as Bloomberg/IRESS and CRM tools. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in IT, 3+ years in IT platforms, excellent communication, and the ability to work under pressure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in IT or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of IT platforms and system support experience.
• Strong end user focus and can-do attitude.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle conflicting priorities and work under pressure.
• Experience providing face-to-face and remote support for internal/external applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands on infrastructure, PC & end user support.
• LC1/LC2 end user coverage for desktop apps, hardware troubleshooting, Zoom support.
• Assist IT Manager with daily IT operations (backup tapes, patching, AV updates, start-of-day checks).
• Install, support & troubleshoot Microsoft operating systems and products.
• Inventory management and keep documentation up to date.
• Ensure security and compliance in end user computing space.
• 1st Level support for internal business apps (Bloomberg/IRESS, CRM tools).
• Datacentre project activities: network/server setup, vendor escort, rack & stack.
• Datacentre inventory management including cabling, patching, standby on weekends.
