Job summary

CLSA Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide hands-on infrastructure, PC and end-user support, covering L1/L2 needs for desktop and mobile devices, Zoom, IP phones, and onboarding/offboarding. You will assist the IT Manager with daily operations, OS installation and troubleshooting, asset inventory, security/compliance for end-user computing, and support for internal trading apps.

Strong communication, ability to handle pressure and standby after office hours for DC

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT platforms and system support across mobile/workspace, Windows desktop, network connectivity, voice technologies, and datacentre management.
• Strong end-user focus and can-do attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage conflicting priorities and work under pressure.
• Experience providing face-to-face and remote support for internal/external applications.
• Good written and spoken English to liaise with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on infrastructure and PC & end-user support.
• L1/L2 end-user coverage for desktop/user applications, hardware troubleshooting, Zoom, IP phones, etc.
• Assist IT Manager with daily IT operations (backup tape management, patch deployments, AV updates, start-of-day checks).
• Install, support & troubleshoot Microsoft Operating systems and products.
• Inventory management for software & hardware and maintain up-to-date documentation.
• Ensure security and compliance in the end-user computing space.
• Support internal and vendor-provided business applications (Bloomberg/IRESS, CRM tools).
• Datacentre activities: network/server setup in racks, troubleshooting, escor ting vendors in DC.
• Rack & stack of Data Center equipment; datacentre inventory management including cabling, patching, standby on weekends; log vendor cases.
