Job summary

CLSA Limited is seeking an IT Analyst to provide hands-on infrastructure and end-user support in a dynamic Singapore environment. The role covers L1/L2 support for desktops, applications, and devices, with responsibilities spanning patching, backups, security, and incident resolution.

You will assist in daily IT operations, manage inventories, and support datacentre activities, including server setup and cabling. Strong English and proactive, service-oriented mindset required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience in IT platforms and system support across mobile/workspace, Windows, network, voice technologies and datacentre management.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands on infrastructure, PC & end user support.
• L1/L2 end user coverage for desktop/user apps, hardware troubleshooting, Zoom support, on/off-boarding, IP phone support.
• Assist IT Manager with daily operations (backup tapes, patch deployments, AV updates, start of day checks).
• Install, support & troubleshoot Microsoft OS and products.
• Inventory management and documentation; security/compliance in end user computing space.
• Support 1st level for internal/vendor business apps (Bloomberg/IRESS, CRM tools).
• Datacentre project activities: network, server setup, vendor escort, rack & stack.
• Datacentre inventory management including cabling, patching; weekend standby support.
