Job summary

Manpower Staffing Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking an IT Support professional to provide end-user computing support across desktop, laptop, mobile, and collaboration platforms. The role covers incident resolution, service requests, and proactive maintenance in a large enterprise environment.

The candidate will handle Windows and macOS endpoints, Office 365 administration, SCCM-based management, and remote support.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user computing support for desktop, laptop, mobile, and collaboration platforms.
• Deliver production support and resolve incidents and service requests per SLAs.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, network, and application issues.
• Support Windows endpoints in a large enterprise environment.
• Assist with macOS devices and related applications as needed.
• Administer Office 365 apps including Outlook, OneDrive, Teams.
• Support iOS mobile devices and enterprise mobility solutions.
• Manage user accounts and access via Active Directory.
• Support endpoint management using SCCM and other tools.
• Provide remote support through enterprise remote access tools.
• Coordinate repairs and replacements with internal teams and vendors.
• Follow ITSM processes for incidents, requests, problems, and changes.
• Perform health checks, monitoring, and preventive maintenance.
• Document incidents, solutions, and SOPs.
• Support regional data centre activities and desk-side support.
• Participate in technology rollouts and upgrades.
• Collaborate with global tech teams on enterprise initiatives.
