Job summary

Kingsforce Management Services Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced ERP/retail POS specialist to lead full-lifecycle POS module implementations. You will analyze requirements, design solutions, configure systems, test, migrate data, and support post-go-live activities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Management, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field.
3+ years of experience in retail ERP/SaaS implementation focusing on POS modules.
Familiarity with integrated POS, OMS, distribution, membership, and finance workflows.
Local Singapore retail project experience is a plus; able to lead POS module delivery.

Responsibilities

Lead the full-lifecycle implementation of the ERP POS module from requirements to go-live and post-implementation support.
Engage with client management to identify pain points and drive solution adoption.
Prepare and review core project documentation including requirements, designs, test plans, and cutover plans.
Design training programs and conduct training for client users and store staff.
Manage progress, quality, and risks for POS modules; resolve issues end-to-end.
Collaborate with teams managing OMS, distribution, finance, and inventory to implement integrations.
