Job summary

HRS Marketing Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive individual to set up POS systems and peripherals, and train customers on POS software modules. You will provide full support to existing and new POS users, ensuring strong relationships and high satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have O Levels and above, at least 2 years of experience, and a willingness to learn with basic IT knowledge. This role is based in Singapore and involves onsite customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Requires training on POS software modules and providing support to customers.
• Experience in customer service or technical support is preferred.
• Basic computer and IT knowledge is required.
