Job summary

Oneness M&C Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a proactive Sales/Support specialist to drive new opportunities, demonstrate products, and manage the full sales cycle from qualification to closing.

You will install and train users on new POS systems, provide day-to-day support, coordinate with product and development teams for complex issues, and help capture customer requirements to shape product improvements.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Customer Service, POS Support, IT Support, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong customer communication, needs analysis, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of computers, networks, and hardware/software operations, with the ability to learn POS systems quickly.
• Experience in POS, F&B, retail, or payment systems will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate new leads and business opportunities, build relationships with prospective customers, and manage the full sales cycle from initial engagement and product demonstration to quotation, negotiation, and closing.
• Manage new customer POS system installation, configuration, testing, implementation, and user training.
• Provide day-to-day customer support, including handling enquiries, after-sales communication, and basic remote or on-site technical support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, coordinating with the Support, Product, or Development Teams for more complex issues when required.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and gather customer feedback and product requirements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, sales progress, and customer implementation status.
