Job summary

KINGSFORCE MANAGEMENT SERVICES PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking an entry-to-intermediate Software Implementation Consultant to support ERP and business software projects. The role involves requirements gathering, configuration, testing, training and post-implementation support across client sites.

The successful candidate will work with clients to understand business needs and deliver practical system solutions, while maintaining project documentation and ensuring on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 1 year of experience in software project implementation.
• Experience with ERP or business software implementation is an advantage.
• Industries preferred: footwear, apparel, home goods, personal care, cosmetics, jewelry, food, retail.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the full software implementation lifecycle from needs assessment to post-implementation support.
• Communicate with clients to understand requirements and provide software solutions.
• Conduct business process analysis and translate requirements into practical system solutions.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation including BRDs, solution designs, test docs, and user manuals.
• Conduct system training for customers and provide ongoing support.
• Monitor project progress and coordinate stakeholders for timely delivery.
• Identify and resolve implementation issues; support small to medium projects independently.
