Job summary

PS GLOBAL CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Functional Consultant to deliver NetSuite solutions for clients in Singapore. You will manage configuration, testing, training, and go-live support across the full project lifecycle.

You will lead BRD sessions, test in NetSuite, document requirements, develop data migration templates, and coordinate with Technical Consultants to ensure a harmonized implementation and high client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong background in financial and accounting processes.
• Proven experience in ERP implementations with NetSuite.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Stakeholder management across client and vendor teams.
• Ability to document requirements and translate them into solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support BRD sessions to understand client needs and propose NetSuite solutions.
• Conduct hands-on NetSuite testing to confirm viability and spot gaps.
• Create and maintain BRD documentation aligned with client expectations.
• Draft change requests with Technical Consultants to cover gaps.
• Configure NetSuite per BRD requirements with cross- functional collaboration.
• Lead internal solution demos for Solution Consultants and CRP readiness.
• Refine custom solutions based on CRP feedback and client needs.
• Maintain the issue tracker and resolve issues before the next phase.
• Prepare training agendas and materials aligned with the project plan.
• Develop UAT scenarios and manage data migration templates and validation.
• Oversee data import and pre-go-live readiness and post-go-live support.
