The role covers payroll processing, compensation alignment, data integration across ATS/HRIS, onboarding support, and monthly reporting, with a focus on reducing delays from offer to first paycheck.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in direct payroll administration.
• 1-2 years in full-cycle recruitment or recruitment-heavy HR roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with major payroll/HRS platforms.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Payroll Processing: accurate, timely cycles; handle deductions, prorations, commissions, bonuses, tax withholdings.
• Offer & Compensation Alignment: structure offers; explain total rewards to candidates.
• System Integration & Data Integrity: ensure smooth ATS to HRIS/payroll data flow with zero data loss.
• Onboarding & Inquiry Management: primary contact for new hires; manage benefits enrollment and payroll setup.
• Compliance & Reporting: audit payroll data; ensure compliance with local laws; generate reports for finance.
• Process Optimization: identify bottlenecks and implement workflows to reduce delays between signing and first paycheck.
