BreadTalk Group Pte Ltd is seeking a Payroll and HR Shared Services professional in Singapore to ensure accurate and compliant payroll processing while supporting HR transformation initiatives.
The role focuses on end-to-end data processing, payroll migrations from BIPO to SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll, and enhancement of HRIS systems, offering exposure to project management and go-live activities within a global group.
As a key member of the HR Shared Services team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and standardization of HR processes, while ensuring all HR activities are administered efficiently and in compliance with company policies and government regulations.

Key ResponsibilitiesPartner proactively with key stakeholders to manage end-to-end employee data processing, maintain proper documentation and records, and administer compensation and benefits.
Support the full employee lifecycle by delivering high-quality HR services and ensuring operational excellence in HR administration.
Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance HR processes while supporting the development of a centralized HR Shared Services model at the group level.
Participate in and lead HR system enhancement projects involving SuccessFactors Employee Central, SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll, BIPO Payroll, and Leave & Attendance Management systems. This role offers valuable exposure to project management and the opportunity to develop expertise in HRIS implementation and optimization.
Minimum 2 years of payroll experiences preferred.
Experience in end-to-end payroll migration from BIPO Payroll to SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.
Hands-on experience in payroll parallel runs, payroll reconciliation, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and go-live activities.
Experience in cutover planning, go-live execution, and post-go-live support.
Strong understanding of payroll processes, HRIS, and HR operations.
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or a related discipline.
