Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking an HR professional to manage end-to-end employee separations at our Novena office. You will handle resignations, retirements, contract expiries, and other exits with accuracy and timeliness.

You will coordinate with Payroll, Finance, IT and Security to ensure smooth clearance, maintain compliant employee records, and respond promptly to offboarding inquiries. Diploma holders with 2–3 years in HR operations are preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• Diploma in HRM, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Preferably 2–3 years in HR operations, HR shared services or HR administration.
• Experience in employee lifecycle administration or offboarding is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end employee separation processes including resignations, retirements, contract expiries and other exits.
• Process separation transactions accurately and within stipulated service timelines.
• Prepare resignation acknowledgements, exit letters, clearance documents and related paperwork.
• Coordinate clearance activities with Payroll, Finance, IT and Security.
• Process work pass cancellations where required.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure proper documentation and retention.
• Monitor outstanding actions and follow up with stakeholders for timely completion.
• Serve as a key contact for employees and stakeholders on offboarding inquiries.
• Provide timely, accurate, customer-focused HR support.
• Ensure processes comply with HR policies, procedures and service standards.
• Identify and elevate complex cases appropriately.
