Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in employee lifecycle administration or offboarding will be an advantage.

• Offboarding Operations: Manage end-to-end employee separation processes, including resignations, retirements and contract expiries.
• Process employee separation transactions accurately within the required timelines.
• Prepare and manage separation-related documents, including resignation acknowledgements, exit letters and clearance documentation.
• Coordinate clearance activities with Payroll, Finance, IT, Security and employing institutions.
• Ensure employee records are updated accurately in HR systems.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding offboarding activities.
• Respond to employee and stakeholder enquiries professionally.
• Maintain proper documentation and records.
