Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd. is hiring a Senior / Associate Executive to support HR Shared Services, focusing on employee offboarding and separation processes across multiple healthcare institutions. Location is Central, Singapore, with a 6-month contract.

The role requires coordinating with departments like Payroll, Finance, IT and Security, ensuring timely offboarding documentation and accurate HR system updates. Strong communication and detail orientation are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Human Resource Management or related field.
• Experience in HR operations, administration or shared services is beneficial.
• Strong admin and coordination skills, with high-volume processing ability.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end employee offboarding including resignations, retirements, contract expiry and other exits.
• Process separation transactions accurately in HR systems within timelines.
• Prepare resignation acknowledgements, exit letters and clearance documents.
• Coordinate clearance with Payroll, Finance, IT, Security and institutions.
• Process work pass cancellations where required and ensure records are updated.
