Ice Faction Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks an energetic Club Manager to drive performance of a recovery destination. You own club revenue, member retention, and brand reputation, while building an autonomous, elite team that executes without hand-holding.

You will lead operations, ensure amenities run flawlessly, maintain safety standards, and actively engage with the community to deliver a premium guest experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to set high operational and cultural standards.
• Capacity to build and lead an autonomous, elite team.
• Strong discipline and energy to establish operational rhythm.
• Experience with member or customer experience management.
• Proficiency in financial management, cash handling, and budget oversight.
• Capability to maintain compliance with health, safety, and local regulations.

Responsabilités

• Ensure all core recovery amenities run flawlessly, with downtime addressed immediately.
• Maintain pristine cleanliness, hygiene, and safety across all zones.
• Oversee property maintenance and cleaning quality, logging and escalating issues.
• Guarantee opening and closing procedures are executed smoothly while complying with regulations.
• Lead a positive, accountable team culture rooted in community.
• Conduct interviews, drive onboarding and training using SOPs.
• Coach team members to become high performers, with performance reviews.
• Lead staff scheduling and be present on the floor during key shifts.
• Ensure guests enjoy a welcoming, premium recovery experience.
• Monitor member feedback and report trends to management.
• Facilitate onboarding for new members and handle complaints with composure.
• Provide warm hospitality by greeting and building relationships with members.
• Be active in community chats, inform members of updates and run polls when relevant.
• Collaborate with Community Manager/Founders and participate in monthly events.
