Virgin Active Singapore is seeking a friendly, driven operations leader to maintain top-tier club standards and member experience. You will lead daily operations, safeguard facilities, manage keys, and ensure safe, welcoming interactions with members, while coordinating with the HOD team and keeping venues clean and well-stocked.

The role requires at least two years in a customer-service/ operations environment, with a flexible roster including weekends and early/late shifts.

Formación

At least two years of experience in a similar role.
Experience in customer service and handling feedback/complaints.
Experience in operations and/or safety is a plus.
Must be able to rotate shifts including weekends, early mornings and late evenings.

Responsabilidades

Provide operational leadership ensuring club aligns with brand standards and service framework.
Manage keys and security to ensure safety and access control.
Regularly communicate with HOD team and update on issues during operations.
Identify and report faults to maintain top-notch facilities for members.
Interact warmly with members and handle queries and feedback professionally.
Maintain cleanliness of studios, changerooms, and common areas.
Monitor inventory and stock to prevent shortages.
Uphold safety for members and staff at all times.
Find creative ways to surprise and delight members.
