Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, Sports Management, or a related field preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in computer applications and fitness software.
• CPR and First Aid certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day club operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed club revenue targets and promote membership sales.
• Recruit, hire, train, and manage club staff, including personal trainers and front desk personnel.
• Implement training programs and provide ongoing coaching for staff development.
• Create and execute member engagement strategies and oversee events and fitness programs.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment, implement safety protocols and emergency procedures.
• Develop and manage the club budget, monitor expenses, and report on performance.
