Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee general administration and full spectrum of sales & marketing administrative tasks.
• Coordinate and arrange meetings, including room bookings and dictation.
• Assist with purchase orders, stock requisitions and vendor communications.
• Prepare proposals, contracts and reports ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Support monthly action plans, month-end reports and expense claims.
• Coordinate internal sales support and promotions for events and F&B.
