Job summary

Pan Pacific Orchard, Singapore is looking for a Sales Executive, Catering Sales & Event Services to source, secure and contract local corporate catering and meetings, ensuring timely turnover for quality service delivery.

The role requires a Diploma or above in Sales & Marketing and at least three years of sales experience in wedding, social, lifestyle or local catering & meetings segment and events services. You should be self-motivated and adept at building client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Source local catering and meeting leads and convert them into revenue.
• Work with the sales team to achieve hotel revenue goals.
• Explain and sell services and facilities to clients with strong product knowledge.
• Manage event processes from initial lead to post-event follow-up and handoff to operations.
• Upsell packages and creative food and beverage offerings to maximize revenue.
