You will analyse unit rates, compare quotations, prepare tender documentation, and assist in selecting suppliers and final costing upon award.

Responsibilities

• Assist Contract Manager on all tendering procedure
• Pick up B/Q from tender drawing
• Compute costing sheet
• invite suppliers to quote base on the pick up B/Q
• Cost comparison on all suppliers quotations
• propose and select the supplier
• tender documentation preparation
• Analyse unit rate for material
• prepare final costing upon contract awarded
