Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. seeks a Quantity Surveyor (Electrical) in Singapore to manage quantity surveying duties for electrical works throughout pre-/post-contract stages.

Prepare cost estimation, tendering, budgeting and procurement for electrical projects, and monitor costs, variation orders and final accounts. Ideal candidate has a Diploma/Degree in QS or Electrical Engineering with at least 3 years of electrical/M&E project experience, familiar with variation orders and contract

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3 years relevant experience in electrical or M&E construction projects.
• Familiar with variation orders, progress claims and contract administration.
• Able to interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
• Experience in retrofitting or A&A projects will be an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Handle quantity surveying duties for electrical works from pre-contract to post-contract stage.
• Prepare cost estimation, tendering, budgeting and procurement for electrical projects.
• Monitor project costs, variation orders, progress claims and final accounts.
• Review subcontractor and supplier quotations for electrical works.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and project teams on commercial and contractual matters.
• Prepare monthly claims, cost reports and project documentation.
