Job summary

KINDEN CORPORATION is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to manage commercial and contractual aspects of electrical and M&E construction projects across Singapore. The role covers pre-contract through post-contract activities, with strong emphasis on cost control, tendering, and stakeholder liaison.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree in QS or related field, with at least 2 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Excel, AutoCAD and BIM tools is advantageous.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or degree in QS, Electrical Eng or related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying or cost management for electrical or M&E construction projects.
  • Candidates with more years of relevant experience may be considered for senior positions.
  • Familiar with variation orders, progress claims, contract administration and cost estimation.
  • Able to interpret engineering drawings, specifications and tender documents.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel. AutoCAD knowledge will be an advantage.
  • Experience with BIM software such as Revit or Cubicost will be an advantage.
  • Good communication, coordination, analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks within project deadlines.
  • Willing to work at project sites across Singapore.

  • Support tender preparation, budgeting and project cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
