Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Quantity Surveyor/Tendering specialist to support tender submissions in Singapore.

You will assist the project team with quantity take-offs, cost calculations and budget estimates while ensuring conformity with contract terms and tender requirements. You will review quotations from suppliers/contractors, liaise with internal departments, attend site show-rounds, and prepare clarifications to support tender interviews and presentations.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering (as Quantity Surveyor).
• Familiar with general contracts and tender documents.
• Prepare budget estimates or costings as instructed.
• Attend site show-rounds for tenders.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in calculating quantities and costs for tenders.
• Review supplier/contractor quotations for compliance with requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers/contractors to follow up on bills, quantities and related matters.
• Prepare tender clarifications and support tender interviews and presentations.
